Man who survived accident in Cape Town identified to be a Nigerian
Nigerian rapper 3GAR Baby, whose real name is Prince Daniel Obioma, has been identified as the driver of the McLaren 570S that crashed at high speed on High Level Road in Sea Point, Cape Town, on Saturday morning.
Following the accident, CCTV footage of the crash quickly made rounds on social media, drawing widespread attention.
Hours later, Obioma broke his silence, addressing the incident in an Instagram post. In the post, he shared a selfie from what appears to be a medical facility, looking visibly bruised.
His caption read, “Nah, small thing remain. Could’ve been all over! I can’t stop thanking God for life,” expressing gratitude for surviving the crash.
Images taken at the scene have also surfaced online, showing the rapper sitting in the middle of the road, seemingly in shock, with blood streaming down his face.
Reports indicate that he wasn’t alone in the vehicle at the time of the accident.
A passenger, whose identity remains undisclosed, also sustained injuries and was transported to a hospital for medical attention.
Authorities and emergency responders arrived at the scene, with Arrive Alive confirming that both individuals received treatment following the crash.
