Nasreddine Nabi to walk away from ill-equipped Kaizer Chiefs?

Kaizer Chiefs coach Nasreddine Nabi has stated his demands if the Soweto giants want to see him on the sideline next season.

“I wouldn’t be honest if say that I’m gonna stay if the club doesn’t allow me to get all the tools to succeed next season because they have promised, and myself, I have promised the fans that I want to build a successful team that will compete in every competition to win trophies,” Nabi told SuperSport.

“That’s the condition for me to stay [at Chiefs] because I don’t feel that I want to go through what I went through this season.”

It’s been a tumultuous starts to Nabi’s Kaizer Chiefs career, watching his side fail to find consistency while dealing with public scrutiny all-season long. It seems, even after over fifteen signings, he wants more.

Salum sale back on?

One player Nabi is desperate to sign is Azam midfielder and former player Feisal Salum, who looked set to stay in Tanzania, but the tides have turned.

“Remember I told you a meeting was supposed to take place. Where the deal was set to be finalised,” a source revealed.

“But Fei Toto’s representatives have changed their mind, as they want their client to go for a deal beyond Tanzania. And apparently he feels the same. He is not against the idea of joining Kaizer Chiefs but it must benefit everyone involved. Nothing has been officially agreed yet.”

Who else should Kaizer Chiefs sign?
