According to a report by TMZ, an anonymous source close to Kanye West and Bianca Censori made it clear that they don’t have a prenup.
Censori Might Be In Debt According To Law
If they plan to divorce, they must follow California’s laws, which require couples to split assets and debts equally.
According to California Property laws:
Community property: What you own or owe together during your marriage
Separate property: What you each own or owe individually from before you married or after you separated, and any gifts or inheritance
Would Bianca Censori Avoid Kanye West’s Debts?
The good news for Censori is that if she got a divorce from West, she might not have to pay any debt after all.
Most of West’s debts reportedly occurred before his marriage to Censori, which means that she is not responsible for them.
According to the state’s law, Censori would only be responsible for debts that happened during the marriage, not before it.

The speculation surrounding the divorce of West and Censori isn’t stopping anytime soon. However, Milo Yiannopoulos, the couple’s rep, told The Hollywood Reporter that they aren’t divorcing.

Yiannopoulos proceeded to state the following regarding the speculation about the couple’s divorce:
“Ye and Bianca are in Los Angeles, about to enjoy Valentine’s Day together. Announcements about their private life will come from them directly, not unsourced rumour in the tabloid press. Is this the fifth, or is it the sixth time the press has wrongly reported that Ye and Bianca are separating? I’ve lost track.”
There Are Tensions Between The Couple
Despite Yiannopoulos’s statement, news reports are still mentioning the possibility of a divorce between the famous couple.
The most recent controversy surrounding the couple was during the 2025 Grammys where Censori wore a bold look with a see-through dress. West posted, “I have dominion over my wife” on his X account.
Divorce Might Still Happen
Speculation continues to swirl about the future of West and Censori’s marriage, with some reports suggesting that Kanye’s antisemitic comments and how he started selling swastika T-shirts are playing a role in Censori’s thoughts about the marriage.
A source told the New York Post that Censori is done. The close source claims the following:
“She’s had enough. The swastika shirt was the last straw. She told him that’s not who she is and that she can’t be associated with that. It reflects on her, and she doesn’t want any part of that circus. He believes that she’ll come back to him; he’s saying that she’s just ‘mad at him,’ but right now, she’s told him that she’s completely done.”
