Orlando Pirates have just made a big decision on superstar Monnapule Saleng.
Orlando Pirates are making big moves. Ironically, these big moves come just after a very quite PSL transfer window.
So, THREE Pirates stars have left Mayfair to join new teams. Meanwhile, the Bucs have identified a high-scoring red-hot striker target. Now, their latest move is taking a big decision on Saleng.
PIRATES MAKE BIG DECISION ON SALENG
Saleng has been missing from the Pirates match day squad since December. Thus, sparking speculation over the skillful Bucs attackers future.
However, Saleng is not going anywhere.
“Who is saying that (reports that Saleng might have played his last game)? There is no such thing and he remains a Pirates player. He would have been released in January if that was the case, but that didn’t happen because is still in the club’s plans,” the report read on SoccerLaduma.
Meaning, he will remain a Pirates player.
RETURN ON THE CARDS
Bucs management feel there is still space for Saleng in the current.
“You can see that there is space for him in the team like when (Mohau) Nkota didn’t have a great game in the (Soweto) derby, he (Saleng) would have been an option to replace him had he been available, but he was not in the matvhday squad. He will be back,” he added on the same publication.
Therefore, Bucs fan can expect to see Saleng run out for Pirates in the future. Ultimately, rumours stating that he has ‘played his last game for Pirates’ have been outrightly dismissed.
