CAPE HERB & SPICE RECALL

Cape Herb & Spice has revealed that they are recalling some of their large grinders. According to the statement issued by the brand, the products are said to not grind the way they should.

The statement read: “We are aware of a quality concern affecting some of our large grinders that were produced from September 2023 to May 2024.

“The issue involves a potential defect in the mechanism of the grinders which may result in plastic pieces breaking off and being released during use. No other grinder products are affected by this issue.”

Cape Herb & Spice also said they announced the recall to ensure the quality of their products. The Managing Executive, Paul Jibson, explained:

“We have decided to recall these products as our priority is to ensure that our customers can trust the quality of every Cape Herb & Spice product. For us, quality is the best policy. We accept only the best, and that’s exactly what we promise to offer our customers.”
