1. Cape Point route
Be sure to take a scenic drive along the Cape PointÂroute, which includes the famous Cape Peninsula. You can go through the Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve, where you can spot wildlife and enjoy dramatic coastal landscapes. Don’t forget to visit the Cape Point lighthouse for spectacular views.
2. Chapman’s Peak Drive

Chapman’s Peak Drive is a famous coastal road that winds along the Atlantic coastline between Hout Bay and Noordhoek. The drive offers spectacular views of the ocean, mountains, and the iconic Chapman’s Peak itself. There are several viewpoints along the way, providing great photo opportunities.
Constantia wine route

Explore the Constantia Wine Route, known for its historic wine estates and beautiful vineyard landscapes. The scenic drive takes you through lush greenery and rolling hills. Stop at the various wine estates along the way for wine tastings (don’t forget to bring along a designated sober driver!) and enjoy the picturesque surroundings.
Clarence Drive (R44)

Also known as the R44, Clarence Drive is a coastal road that runs between Gordon’s Bay and Rooi-Els. The drive hugs the coastline along False Bay, offering breathtaking views of the ocean and surrounding mountains. It’s a great route for a leisurely drive with plenty of places to stop and appreciate the Cape Town scenery.
