The first arrest in relation to the horrible events that have been happening in Zanzou night club has been made.
Recently, we got to learn about what was happening behind closed doors in a famous night club situated in Pretoria. Videos of horrible incidents where people were being tortured were first shared anonymously by a person called Pablo who then revealed his identity. It is said that the man used to be a bouncer at the night club.
He shared the videos revealing the horrible things that were being done to people on X(previously Twitter). His decision to post videos was questioned by some people, saying that he might’ve been part of the crew just that something had happen between them.
While Pablo was now urging the SA government to put him to safety as he feared for his life because the owners of the club were dangerous and of high profile, another woman came forward and shared a video.
She explained that Pablo and herself used to work together at Zanzou. She claimed that Pablo scammed her R55k after approaching her with a business idea and provided her with all necessary documents which made her believe that the business was real.
With the ongoing investigation, it has been revealed that the Zanzou club have been operating illegally all along, which resulted in their liquor license being put on hold.
According to MDN News, the first arrest has been made, however, the police are still looking for the seven suspects who are still on the run.
