Kelly Khumalo has once again had her name trending on social media platforms, and this time, many have been left divided.
The singer who remains one of the suspects in the murder of her late boyfriend, Senzo Meyiwa, recently became the talk of the town yet again. This comes after she took to Instagram to share a sample of her soon-to-be-released song.
The video shows Kelly looking as happy as always while the song plays in the background and later adds her vocals to increase the audibility.
Those in the comment section later praised Kelly, who recently graduated as a traditional healer after several attempts, highlighting how in awe they were of her beautiful voice.
Sharing her thoughts was fellow musician Winnie Mashaba, who appears to be featured on the track, “That song neh, joh!” she commented.
Kelly responded saying that it was the best song ever. Later a fan asked whether the two have collaborated, to which she responded: “Yes, so excited about this one wrote.”
However, not everyone appeared to share in the joy of the singer. The X (formally Twitter) blogger Musa Khawula reshared the post shared by the singer and the responses were very much different.
Many felt that Kelly was focusing on the wrong things at this moment whereas she should turn her attention to the ongoing case of Senzo.
She is still producing music , I thought she would be preparing for court since there are reports that she is considered a suspect in the Senzo Meyiwa murder case.🤔 pic.twitter.com/7v3aukN538

With the suspects pointing to her as the mastermind of Senzo’s murder, as well as other factors currently not in her favour, some have gone on to enquire into why she has not been cancelled yet.
Why isn’t she cancelled yet?

I will never support an AntiGBV call until women like this are also canceled, until then, it’s vibes for me. As men we are to protect our fellow brothers, as it seems it’s only men being targeted.
