Beyoncé officially kicked off her spectacular ‘Cowboy Carter Tour’, thrilling fans at Los Angeles’ SoFi Stadium on Monday night.

The tour supports her eighth studio album, Cowboy Carter, which dropped on 29 March 2025. The album has already won the coveted ‘Album of the Year’ at the Grammys.

BEYONCÉ’S COWBOY CARTER TOUR

The opening night was nothing short of a spectacle. Beyoncé, a 35-time Grammy winner, performed an epic 39-song set that lasted nearly three hours.

The show was a dazzling mix of country-inspired tunes from Cowboy Carter and nods to her previous album, Renaissance.

The stage was alive with banjos, fiddles, and dancers clad in cowboy hats and chaps, creating a vibrant, genre-blending atmosphere.

BEYONCÉ MAKES IT A FAMILY AFFAIR

Yet, Beyoncé’s signature moves and powerhouse vocals kept the show unmistakably hers.

“I want to express my gratitude to all those who paved the way for me,” she said, honouring Black country music pioneers like Linda Martell.

Adding a heartfelt family touch, Beyoncé brought two of her daughters on stage, according to ABC.

Thirteen-year-old Blue Ivy danced front and centre during America Has a Problem, while seven-year-old Rumi made her concert debut alongside her mum during Protector.

The crowd erupted in cheers as Beyoncé closed the night by soaring above the audience in a car performing 16 Carriages, finishing with the album’s closing track, Amen.

A GENRE-DEFYING TOUR

Beyoncé announced the Cowboy Carter Tour on 2 February by posting a striking desert-themed Instagram teaser featuring a flashing lightbulb sign.

The tour will span 32 dates across North America and Europe, hitting iconic venues.

These venues include SoFi Stadium in California, Soldier Field in Chicago, MetLife Stadium in New Jersey, Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in London, Stade de France in Paris, and Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas.

Beyoncé’s genre-defying tour offers a fresh take on country music, infused with rich cultural history and contemporary flair.

THE COWBOY CARTER’ TOUR

The ‘Cowboy Carter Tour’ is a bold, boundary-breaking celebration of music, family, and heritage. It’s a must-watch for anyone who admires Beyoncé’s artistry and her fearless reinvention.
