The PSL summer window ignites in under three weeks.
Clubs, from Europe to Africa, have been scouting numerous players for months in preparation for the January transfer window, which will be the last time any team can buy or sell players this season.
Several PSL clubs like Kaizer Chiefs and Orlando Pirates are ready to spend millions.
Rumours in PSL
- Orlando Pirates and Kaizer Chiefs have been in talks with Polokwane stars Oswin Appollis and Thabang Matuludi, who could leave for Soweto this January. The Buccaneers appear to be favourites for signing both.
- Defender Puso Dithejane is another Chiefs target, following the TS Galaxy’s strong showing for the Glamour Boys DSTv Diski Challenge team (DDC)
- Hungry Lions striker Muzomuhle Khanyi looks set to leave the lower league with Orlando Pirates and Sekhukhune United both after the talented attacker.
- The Buccaneers are hoping to retain defender Thabiso Monyane by offering the 24-year-old a contract extension, which the player will likely sign.
More on the Khanyi situation
“Interest is growing for Muzomuhle Khanyi’s services”, a Siya source confirmed.
“An offer could be made for him in January. The player’s impressive performances and work-rate have caught the attention of a number of clubs, and I can confirm that Orlando Pirates are leading the race,” they added.
“Sekhukhune United are still also interested in the player, as well as several other clubs. He is the top goalscorer in the Motsepe Foundation Championship with eleven goals in the 2024/25 season.”
