Actress and TV presenter Denise Zimba will accompany her children back to Germany to join their father, Jakob Schlichtig.

IOL reports that former Vuzu star Denise Zimba has applied for a visa to travel with her minor children to Germany after she was ordered by the court to return her daughters to their father this past week.
Zimba recently made headlines after she unlawfully retained her children in South Africa under the pretense of a holiday.
The court ordered Zimba and Schlichtig to secure objective and independent English-speaking therapeutic support services for their children on their return to Germany.
The courts also stated that both parents’ lawyers should work together to ensure that Zimba is supported to have her travel documents expedited.
ACTRESS REACTS TO COURT’S OUTCOME
The Generations: The Legacy actress Denise Zimba took to her X account this past week following media reports that she lost her children.
Zimba shared a shared a photo of a woman holding a baby, which read: “I made you” which was accompanied by a crying and a broken heart emojis.
The actress moved to Germany with Schlichtig and their first daughter after their wedding in 2022 and moved back to South Africa after giving birth to her second child due to their marital disputes.
The fan-favourite TV personality trended on social media in January 2025 when she revealed that her ex-husband, Jakob Schlichtig cheated on her with her childhood friend, Mpumi Mdluli.
Zimba, who married Schlichtig in April 2022 said that she and Mdluli had been friends since they were 14 years old.
She wrote on X: “Nothing worse than finding out your best friend since you were 14 years old has been having an affair with your husband, and that’s why she always ghosted you when you were pregnant and never celebrated you – birthdays, baby showers, bridal showers.”
The media personality also shared on her Instagram account in March 2024 that she and Schlichtig have separated, and she was a single mother.
