Divorce proceedings between Rachel and Siya Kolisi are likely in full swing, and that means dividing up their assets – if they’re married in community of property.

The Springboks captain and his partner of over a decade announced their marriage split last week to the shock of many South Africans.

But how will they part ways when it comes to their family home?

HOW MANY HOUSES DO SIYA AND RACHEL KOLISI OWN?

According to unconfirmed claims, Rachel and Siya Kolisi have two family homes – in Cape Town and Durban, where the rugby player played for the Stormers and the Sharks, respectively.

The couple – who have two children and have adopted Siya’s two younger siblings – also briefly lived in France.

In an Instagram post in September, Rachel revealed that the family had moved four times in 18 months!

RACHEL TO GET HALF?

If Rachel and Siya Kolisi are indeed married in community of property, then the Springbok WAG could be entitled to half of his assets and liabilities, as well as decisions on child custody matters.

Siya – who is reportedly worth over R35 million – has multiple income streams and assets, including properties, vehicles, investments, and even cash.

INSIDE THE KOLISI KZN FAMILY MANSION

After living in France for a year, Siya Kolisi has moved back into his Ballito home in KwaZulu-Natal. It’s unclear where Rachel and the rest of the family are based.

The house is situated in a leafy green estate with views overlooking a nature reserve.

In pics posted on their Instagram account, the Kolisis have given the public a look inside their double-story home, which has a natural colour scheme, large windows, and solid oak furniture.

The spacious house has an open-plan kitchen and living area, which also leads to a TV room.  Upstairs are the bedrooms, including a studio workspace.

Sliding doors lead to the entertainment area on a large patio, which has a dining table and braai area. In the garden, there is a family-size swimming pool and a grassy area for the kids to play on.

The Kolisi’s have two family dogs, a yellow and a chocolate labrador, which Siya Kolisi is not exactly fond of.

DO YOU THINK THAT SIYA KOLISI WILL CONTINUE TO LIVE IN HIS KZN HOME?
