Kaizer Chiefs have another chance to move closer to the top three teams today. The job will be three points against Polokwane City.

WANDILE DUBA EXPECTING A WIN

According to Amakhosi‘s 20-year-old winger Duba, Kaizer Chiefs have no other option other than winning, otherwise the supporters will not be pleased.

“We will win the Polokwane City game because there’s no other way of making our fans happy again other than winning this game,” said Duba to SowetanLive.

“We played well in the first half against Royal AM. I don’t know what happened in the second half. We lost two points … we are frustrated and angry at ourselves because we dropped points when we had to win the game.

“They (Polokwane City) are an aggressive team and they play up until the last whistle. They will come at us and give 200%. Everyone gets motivated when they come up against Kaizer Chiefs,” concluded Duba who has two goals in two games.

SIBONGISENI MTHETHWA IMPRESSES NASREDDINE NABI

Kaizer Chiefs supporters followed the reports. Sibongiseni Mthethwa was not in coach Nasreddine Nabi’s plans, and could have left in September if Stellenbosch FC and AmaZulu did not say no to signing him on loan.

The 29-year-old midfielder suddenly made a surprise start against Richards Bay before another start against Royal AM in the same week. Kaizer Chiefs coach Nabi later admitted that Mthethwa has fought to show his qualities.

“I think this time “Ox” [Sibongiseni Mthethwa] understands his role. We worked together on his negative points,” said Nabi via FARPost.

“’Ox’ worked hard to improve the negative points. If he works hard, he will progress. He took his chance and worked for his chance. Same with all players. I congratulate Ox for his performance.”
