It has been exactly one month since Ratile Mabitsela, former star of The Mommy Club reality TV show, lost her husband and the father of her children, Elias Lehlohonolo Mabitsela.

The reality TV star shared her grief in a moving social media post. Elias, who appeared on Showmax’s The Mommy Club, passed away last month, and the circumstances surrounding his death remain unclear.

The reality star expressed her gratitude to everyone who has been sending messages of prayer and support during this challenging time.

“A month later, and the journey of grief remains heavy. I am deeply grateful for the outpouring of love and support from family, friends, colleagues, acquaintances and my online family and friends,” she wrote.

“Each kind word, prayer and gesture has brought us comfort and healing during this turbulent time. Thank you for standing by us, embracing us with kindness and strength.

“A special thank you to Cartel funeral home for your compassionate assistance in honoring Mabitsela with a dignified send off. We could not have done it so well without your dedicated service and commitment,” she wrote.

MABITSELA FAMILY ANNOUNCES HIS DEATH

Mabitsela’s passing sent shockwaves throughout the country, particularly as it occurred just a few days after the family had celebrated the 7th birthday of their twins.

His family announced his death in a statement: “It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved brother and son, Elias Lehlogonolo Mothapo Mabitsela,” they said.

“We are still coming to terms with this devastating loss and kindly request that our family be given the space and privacy we need during this incredibly difficult time,” the statement continued.
