Siya Kolisi shared the gift of giving this Christmas by going to a centre for women and kids as part of an initiative by the Kolisi Foundation.

Kolisi spread some Christmas cheer and put a smile on a number of children’s faces at The Saartjie Baartman Centre today. He shared images of him giving the presents to the little ones on his Instagram page. Check out the sweet post.

SIYA KOLISI GIVES KIDS CHRISTMAS GIFTS

The post is a video containing a series of images showing him handing out gifts to children of various ages. Part of his caption said: “This morning, I had the privilege of surprising the incredible kids at the @thesaartjiebaartmancentre with Christmas gifts.”

It seems the rugby star also got himself a gift as he is seen in a clip holding a stuffed giraffe while he talks to the camera.

He further expressed how inspired he was by the courage of the children and women at the shelter. Kolisi also thanked the sponsors of the gifts. He said: “The resilience and courage of the women and children at the shelter continue to inspire me to strive to be a better man and human being.

“A heartfelt thank you to @toysrus_za for making this possible. Because of your support, we were able to bring joy to every child today with a special gift.”
