You must have heard of chai, the spicy tea that wraps you in warmth and comfort, with this type of tea,  you can drink your way to improved health.

“Unlike regular tea, which is brewed with water, chai tea is traditionally brewed using both warm water and warm milk. It also tends to be sweetened to varying degrees,” according to the health publication.
