However, upon arrival, she had already passed away.

WINNIE ON HER DAUGHTER’S POISONING ORDEAL
In June 2024, the singer revealed the shocking news that her child, Rethabile Khumalo, had been poisoned. She said that Rethabile was in the hospital for six days and had to undergo three surgeries to treat her.
According to the singer, Rethabile was allegedly poisoned.
“It has been six days in the hospital now… So, I decided it’s only fair to share this sad news with her supporters. They’ve already performed three surgeries on her, and we’re hoping that @rethabile_rsa will recover soon, but at the moment, things are not looking good… She has been in and out. When you pray, please include her in your prayers… The challenges of being a parent,” she shared.
A few days later, she gave an update, saying that she was out of danger and that the prayers had done wonders.
