Mzansi calls for the arrest of Shebeshxt following another car accident
Limpopo rapper Shebeshxt has once again found himself at the center of controversy after reports emerged that he was allegedly involved in yet another car accident on Friday, 4 July 2025.
Images of a badly damaged Volkswagen Golf GTI, believed to be his, made rounds on social media, sparking outrage among South Africans.
The viral image shows the vehicle with significant front-end damage, a crumpled bumper, shattered headlight, and exposed internal wiring.
While details surrounding the incident remain unclear, the car closely resembles Shebeshxt’s usual ride, leading many to believe he was indeed behind the wheel.
Shebeshxt, whose real name is Lehlogonolo Katlego Chauke was previously involved in a tragic crash that claimed the life of his daughter, Onthatile, just over a year ago.
His latest alleged accident has renewed public concern over his conduct on the road, especially following recent reports of erratic behavior at public events.
Though the rapper or his team have yet to confirm or deny the incident, public reaction has been swift and harsh.
“Arrest this guy and send him to jail. He is a danger to society,” one X user wrote.
Another added, “This one is a hazard himself. Not only is he a danger to himself, but also to other people that may be affected by his discharge of a firearm, drug use, or reckless driving.”
Some suggested legal repercussions: “His driving license must be suspended for five years or revoked permanently,” said one comment.
Others mocked his affinity for VW Golfs, saying he should be banned from buying another.
