Shauwn Mkhize finally divorced from her estranged husband Sbu Mpisane
Shauwn “MaMkhize” Mkhize and Sbu Mpisane are officially divorced after six years of legal battles.
The Durban High Court granted their divorce on Monday, bringing an end to a marriage that began in 1991 and was filed for dissolution in 2018.
The couple, once known for their lavish lifestyle, faced years of disputes over the division of assets acquired during their marriage in the community of property.
Sources claim MaMkhize fought to retain most of the wealth, while Mpisane argued that he contributed equally to their financial success.
On her reality show, Kwa Mam’Khize, MaMkhize hinted that the marriage ended due to Sbu’s self-centeredness, stating, “Sbu loved himself. I also loved Sbu. So, no one cared for me.”
While the court documents are public, the details of how their wealth will be divided remain unclear.
