The telenovela is set to wrap up on the 10th of January.
As the finale nears, X users have this to say:
I’m so sad we only have 5 eps left of #GqeberhaTheEmpire. What production did to S2 was nothing short of diabolical. The Makwethus deserve their own dramedy spinoff with occasional apps from the other cast members. This brilliant cast deserved so much better. Iyabulela ilali ❤

I ENJOYED Zimkhitha’s character the most on this show. The theatrics, sarcasm, scheming, always losing but never giving up? Best acting. Zandile showed up for EVERY scene! 🫰🏿👏🏿 #GqeberhaTheEmpire
