ROLENE STRAUSS CELEBRATES 13 YEARS WITH HUSBAND
Former Miss World Rolene Strauss celebrated 13 years since she met her now husband Daniel Strauss. According to her Instagram post, the pair met on 27 December 2011 and have built their lives together.
The former Miss SA married Daniel in 2016.
“Can’t believe it’s been 13 years since we met 🥹 So much has happened since that Tuesday on the 27th of December in 2011. We have been through so much together. We’ve dreamed, planned, failed, and succeeded… From Miss SA, Miss World, starting and growing a family, medicine, a masters, numerous books written, building businesses and so much more! ❤️❤️❤️,” she wrote.
“One thing we’ve always been meticulous with is planning our future together. It’s one thing to plan your future as an individual, but planning your future as a couple requires an entirely different approach 🙈🤗,” she continued.
The pair have decided to also release a step-by-step guide on how couples can plan their futures together.
PARENTS OF THREE
Rolene and Daniel have three sons together. The pair welcomed their third child in 2024.
The beauty queen shared family photos from Christmas with the kids. Take a look…
“It’s easy to lose sight of the true meaning and magnitude of Christmas amidst the festivities ❤️. May you be reminded of what He came to do for us, and experience Christ’s unconditional love this festive season,” she wrote.
“Merry Christmas! 🎄✨. PS: The joys of trying to get one good photo with the men in my life 🥹🤭❤️ Just soooo much LOVE ❤️,” she continued.
Rolene was only the third South African woman to be crowned Miss SA. She followed in the footsteps off Penelope Anne Coelen in 1958 and Anneline Kriel in 1974. In May 2024, the beauty queen shared a personal HIV story.
