Rachel Kolisi, the estranged wife of Springboks captain Siya Kolisi, has shared an update on her last few weeks following the news of their split.

Mom of two Rachel Kolisi has shared a look inside the last couple of weeks as she embraces a “simple life” as the goal. She also expressed that she is in such an “unknown” space at the moment but she is working hard to find her way through this time. Take a look…
“Moments from the last couples weeks. The simple life is the dream. Family, good people, health. Grateful for it all. I’m in a very “unknown” space at the moment, and working hard to find a way through,” she wrote.
“In the meantime, peace is my portion, and celebrating all the good, even when it feels like it’s just a sunrise ❤️. Happy Monday,” she continued.
This comes after Rachel and Siya announced their split in a joint statement in October 2024. The pair were married for eight years and have two kids – Nicholas (10) and Keziah (7).
