RACHEL KOLISI: ‘ WE DIDN’T KNOW WE WEREN’T COMING BACK’

Just a few weeks after announcing her split from Springboks captain Siya Kolisi, Rachel Kolisi has revealed that she has taken their two kids back to Paris, France. Rachel and Siya have two kids together – Nicholas (10) and Keziah (7).

Rachel revealed that they had a stressful morning as they could not get on the flight to Paris from London, but remained calm, via her Instagram Stories on Tuesday 12 November.

“Very interesting start in London this morning. Landed in London from SA last night, up at 04:30 to make (an) early flight to Paris. Couldn’t get on the flight, took a 1.5 hour taxi to the train station, paid a small fortune for our tickets. But we all stayed calm, laughed at how ridiculous this morning has been and kept it moving,” she wrote.

She went on to say that she took the kids to Paris so they could say goodbye to their friends and teachers. Rachel explained that when they left Paris in July, they did not know that they will not be returning as Siya was playing for Paris-based rugby team Racing92.

“I’m taking them to Paris so they can say goodbye to all their friends and teachers. We didn’t know we weren’t coming back when we left in July – important they get to have closure too,” she wrote.
