The Prince of Wales, William revealed that he once gifted his wife Kate Middleton a pair of binoculars in the early days of their relationship.

Prince William revealed that he gifted Kate Middleton a pair of binoculars in the early days of their relationship and she never let him forget it.
“I did get my wife a pair of binoculars once. She’s never let me forget that,” said Prince William to BBC Radio Five Live according to The Mirror.
The Prince of Wales went on to reveal that this was during their early days of dating.
“That was early on in the courtship that was — I think that sealed the deal,” he joked.
However, Prince William went on to admit that it did not go well and he isn’t sure why he decided to gift Kate a pair of binoculars.
“It didn’t go well. Honestly, I have no idea why I bought her a pair of binoculars, it seemed like a good idea at the time,” he added.
Prince William and Kate tied the knot in in April 2011 at Westminster Abbey in London. The pair have three kids together – Prince George (11), Princess Charlotte (9) and Prince Louis (6).

Prince William’s younger brother, Prince Harry revealed that he once received a fish ballpoint pen from Princess Margaret in his controversial memoir, titled Spare. However, Prince Harry did not have a good relationship with Princess Margaret. So, he thought the ballpoint “pen with a small rubber fish wrapped around it,” was “cold-blooded.”
The Duke of Sussex revealed that he felt “nothing for her, except a bit of pity and a lot of jumpiness.”
Princess Margaret was the younger sister and only sibling of Prince Harry’s grandmother, Queen Elizabeth II.
Princess Kate revealed her cancer diagnosis in March this year. Just a month prior, Buckingham Palace announced that her father-in-law, King Charles, also had cancer. After undergoing chemotherapy, Kate has since revealed that she is cancer-free.
King Charles reportedly held a “private” meeting with Kate to prepare for Prince William’s ascension.
