Orlando Pirates have reportedly been dealt a major blow in their pursuit of a new head coach.
The Buccaneers will part ways with current head coach Jose Riveiro at the end of the season.
The Spanish tactician has decided to step-down from his role at the club after three seasons in charge of Orlando Pirates.
And now, new reports suggest a coach the Buccaneers were eyeing is not interested in joining the club!

According to the latest transfer gossip, Simba SC coach Fadlu Davids has turned an offer from Orlando Pirates down.
“Yes, it’s true that Orlando Pirates wanted Davids back. It was not only Pirates, Raja (Casablanca) also wanted him, but he wanted to remain with Simba,” an insider told Citizen.
“He says he still has some unfinished business with Simba. He has done well at Simba and the fans love him so he wants to stay at the club.”
Davids is making a name for himself out in Tanzania. The former Orlando Pirates assistant coach finds himself on the cusp of continental glory after Simba SC qualified for the CAF Confederation Cup final. Simba are due to face Morocco’s RSB Berkane in the final.
