Nomsa Buthelezi welcomes new acting gig with powerful affirmation

Actress, presenter, and MC, Nomsa Buthelezi has penned an encouraging message with powerful affirmation to the full-figured women on social media platforms.

Former Our Perfect Wedding presenter, also known for roles she portrayed on Lockdown, Abomzala, Generations: The Legacy and Samsokolo among others, recently took to her Instagram page to share that she is working on a new project that she did not disclose, and to share that she is back in the industry and holds no grudges.

In her caption, she said: “Dear big girl, never let anyone treat you less of a human being. They must respect you so that you give the same respect back. No one must treat you like an option, ungavumi (don’t allow that). Let’s make magic. ”

The Gomora Diva shared that her creative juice flows when she is working in a peaceful environment. she further stated that she has been depressed for a long time, however she is ready to face the world with no grudges, anger and resentment but with a healed heart.

“The industry is messy, but I vibe with my tribe, I am the Gomora Diva, I’m talented, I am a hard worker, and I am respectful but ungangipitshizi ibele (don’t mess with me). Danko (thank you),” she warned.

 

Earlier this year, Nomsa opened up about how she would sometimes feel insecure on certain jobs in the industry, because of her body. She recalled being called to take over the presenting job from a beautiful presenter, she said she did not trust herself but was courageous and driven enough to do the job, and the number of viewers of the show increased.
