Rachel Kolisi has been having some fun in the sun these past few days and gave a glimpse of what she got up to with her kids and family on their vacation in Sydney, Australia.

She recently shared a series of quotes and messages on her Instagram Stories, revealing that it was their last day there. Rachel also bared her heart in the posts, including a reminder to parents to not let their storms affect their kids.

Her first quote on Instagram Stories was about surrounding yourself with the right people. The quote from @thescatteredfeelings said: “Some people are human medicine. You spend an hour with them and everything feels better.”

Rachel’s second post was a message to all to show kindness and love this festive season. It mentioned being mindful of those who may be experiencing emotions that are the opposite of what this jolly season is about. She ended the message by saying: “Remember the best thing you can give someone right now is love.”

Her next quote concerned her kids. She reminded herself and other parents that kids shouldn’t be affected by the things parents go through, but parents should try and shield them from it. It read: “Never let your storm get your kids wet.”

LESSONS RACHEL KOLISI LEARNED IN 2024

Rachel Kolisi previously shared on her page some of the lessons 2024 taught her. She mentioned 11, which included rejuvenating and experiencing joy and calmness. She also revealed the importance of listening to your intuition and never forcing anything. The post mentioned kindness and gratitude and that “happiness comes from your perception.” Her final quote was “God loves me no matter what.”
