Former Kaizer Chiefs attacker Junior Khanye predicts Mamelodi Sundowns to dominate Amakhosi on Saturday.

Chiefs and Sundowns meet for the third time this season at the Lucas Moripe Stadium on Saturday afternoon in a Betway Premiership clash.

Speaking on iDiski Times, Khanye said Chiefs will approach the match defensively but Sundowns will come out on top.

“Atleast if we can get a draw, we are playing away, we can’t match them,” Khanye on what Nasreddine Nabi is thinking ahead of the match. “He has never dominated a match, his team has had moments so tomorrow, we’ll play for a draw. He won’t want Sundowns to score more than three goals,” he said.

Junior Khanye says Chiefs might score against Sundowns

“Nabi is under pressure and if he loses, he’s out of the top eight. He will never finish in the top eight,” he said.

Amakhosi have conceded 11 goals in three matches against Masandawana. A clean sheet against a high-flying Downs will need Chiefs to play their best match of the season.

“I believe Chiefs might get a goal but overall, Sundowns will win the game,” Khanye added. “I’m not going to say how many goals they will score but Chiefs will not beat Sundowns tomorrow. Either way, Nabi is going to defend and that’s where he’ll invite problems. I expect him to field at least seven defenders.”

When asked to predict the score, Khanye refused, saying Chiefs will once again lose to Sundowns.
