Makhadzi recently told controversial blogger Musa Khawula that Master KG is her soulmate.
ARE MAKHADZI AND MASTER KG STILL AN ITEM?
Despite their much-publicised breakup, the Matorokisi artist says Master KG is her soulmate. She said this to Musa Khawula during a recent media briefing for her highly anticipated One-Women Show in Polokwane.
Despite their tumultuous breakup, their connection seems strong, likely due to their longstanding friendship prior to their rise to fame.
In a clip shared by TikTok user @finding.chance, Musa, who was in attendance at the press briefing, approached the singer publicly and said he wanted to talk to her.
Known for his ‘tell it like it is’ attitude and having no filter, Musa asked the Limpopo-born star what happened between her and Master KG.
“To be honest, I think everyone has that person who is their forever yena (him), and Master KG is my soul mate,” she responded.
MASTER KG AND MAKHADZI SPARK REUNION RUMOURS
In September, the singer fuelled speculation that she had rekindled her relationship with the award-winning producer after she shared an Instagram story featuring someone many thought was Master KG.
The story included an encrypted message that read: “I’m homesick. I miss you, my love.“
Although she hid the face of the person with an “in love” emoji, many gathered evidence that it was the Jerusalema hitmaker.
INSIDE THEIR BREAKUP
In 2021, Makhadzi said during a Facebook live session that she and Master KG decided to be a brother and a sister after their split.
“What happened is that we decided to be a brother and a sister and we’re fine and we’re fine. He’s my brother and I’m his sister. We agreed on that,” she said.
Speaking about their breakup, Master KG said:
“Me and Makhadzi parted ways months ago … to focus on our careers. We are still young and we still need to achieve big things. (We) hope everyone understands and respects that. I am no longer going to answer anything related to this. Thanks,” he wrote on X.
