Kelly Khumalo breaks her silence on the challenges of raising Jub Jub’s son, Christian.
The South African musician has been a dedicated mother to three children from different fathers.
In a video that recently surfaced on social media, Kelly shared that women rarely talk about the process of healing from raising a child whose father abused them.
She further emphasized that it becomes even more difficult when the child closely resembles the father.
Speaking from experience, Kelly revealed that the best approach is to raise the child for who they are, rather than associating them with the father.
She also mentioned that she makes an effort to see parts of herself in the child.
The music star disclosed in the video that she continues to show love to the child, despite the pain caused by the father following their separation years ago.
