Kaizer Chiefs Transfer News: Four players leaving?

It has been widely reported that Kaizer Chiefs are set to sign new players in January. Amakhosi also have to offload a few players that have failed to impress coach Nasreddine Nabi.

KAIZER CHIEFS TO RELEASE FOUR PLAYERS?

There have been reasons behind Nabi’s decision to play young players. The senior players available in central midfield and the frontline do not have the required quality. The Kaizer Chiefs coach has thus been relying on the likes of Samkelo Zwane, Wandile Duba, and Mfundo Vilakazi.

Rather develop than select players with no future in your team.

According to Nabi’s selections and omissions, four senior players will likely exit Kaizer Chiefs in January, especially because of the need to open foreign spots.

1. Zitha Kwinika

Yet to make the 18-man squad.

2. Sibongiseni Mthethwa

The former Stellenbosch FC captain is yet to make the 18-man squad. Was hotly linked with an exit before the final day of the transfer window.

3. Christian Saile

After five matches, the Congolese winger made the bench for the first time last weekend.

4. Thatayaone Ditlhokwe

The Botswana international has yet to play in the Betway Premiership, but he made his first appearance of the season in the Carling Knockout last month.
