Kaizer Chiefs are looking to add more to their midfield next season despite signing Thabo Cele in January.
The Soweto giants are reportedly eyeing Stellenbosch midfielder Sihle Ntuli. Two seasons ago, Chiefs signed Stellies midfielder Sibongiseni Mthethwa. With Nduli’s contract reportedly expiring end of June, Amakhosi can secure the midfielder without paying a transfer fee.

According to Soccer Laduma, Stellies will not allow Ntuli to go for free.
“We don’t think it will be easy to let Sihle to just leave like that,” a source told the publication.
“He is one of the players that the club really depends on and it’s believed that they are working on renewing his contract. But you know in football anything can happen but let’s wait and see before the end of the season.”
A second source told Soccer Laduma that Kaizer Chiefs have not yet made an offer for Sihle Nduli.
“What we know and believe is that Sihle’s contract is coming to an end in June and there is nothing yet from Stellenbosch FC concerning his contract and this would give Kaizer Chiefs the chance to sign him as a free agent,” the source said.
Amakhosi have been also linked to another Stellies star Fawaaz Basadien. It was reported that the Soweto giants made an offer for the Bafana Bafana left-back but Stellenbosch turned it down.
Kaizer Chiefs are next in action later this month against Golden Arrows looking to bounce back after their 2-0 defeat to Richards Bay last week.
