Leeds United and Kaizer Chiefs legend Lucas Radebe makes headlines after his son Kutlwano Radebe travels to Spain for trials.

The news has since set social media abuzz, with many trying to connect the dots about Kutlwano, who has since been dubbed the next biggest star in South Africa.

The publication has since established that Kutlwano Radebe is in grade 8 and plays for CFA Football U-15 first team.

Earlier this year, Trinity House High School, where the star learns, revealed in a Facebook post that Radebe was scheduled for trials this January.

The school posted, “A huge congratulations to Kutlwano Radebe, a Grade 8 student at Trinityhouse Centurion High School, who has been scouted to attend international trials in Spain this January!

“Playing for the CFA Football U15 first team, Kutlwano is now taking his soccer career to the next level. We are so proud of this incredible achievement and can’t wait to see what the future holds.”

However, a few days after the post, Kaizer Chiefs legend Lucas Radebe’s son Primo Baloyi took to Instagram to celebrate his brother’s big win.

He confirmed that his brother had travelled to Spain for trials. The bubbly comedian shared a photo of his brother and captioned, “All the best to my young blood trialling in Spain.”

However, apart from the trials in Spain, little is known about the club inviting him for assessment. For now, everything seems to be under wraps.

Surprisingly, Lucas Radebe’s sons have proved to be ballers and have the talent to show for it. Radebe’s older son Primo Baloyi was a star during his time before a string of injuries cut short his blooming career.

In several interviews, he has opened up about his passion for football and how he retired from the game at a younger age. Reports have it that injury took a toll on his blooming career.

“I retired [from soccer] four years ago when I was 25, [and] my dad suggested that I take up coaching. I decided to coach a young squad of kids,” said Primo Baloyi in one of the interviews.

Rumour mill has it that he also doubles as a football agent, a scout, and a talent developer. He seemingly confirmed the rumours in one of his interviews.
