Kaizer Chiefs latest: Four Amakhosi legends honoured!

Kaizer Chiefs are proud to have witnessed at least FOUR of the club legend being inducted into The South African Sports Hall of Fame.

The induction ceremony was held at Montecasino on Wednesday, 20 November.

The four Chiefs legends are the late Patrick ‘Ace’ Ntsoelengoe, Teenage Dladla, Neil Tovey, and Lucas Radebe.

The quartet did their utmost best during their playing days with Chiefs, and both Tovey and Radebe replicated that with Bafana Bafana.

Tovey and Radebe captained both Chiefs and Bafana Bafana during their playing days.

After retiring Tovey, Dladla, Ntsoelengoe ventured into coaching while Radebe took the football ambassadorship route.

KAIZER CHIEFS LEGENDS INDUCTED INTO SA HALL OF FAME

“The late Patrick ‘Ace’ Ntsoelengoe, Nelson ‘Teenage’ Dladla, Niel Tovey, and Lucas Radebe were inducted into the Hall of Fame, joining an elite group of South African sports heroes,” said Chiefs on their website.

“The other inductees included Dr. Jomo Sono, Banyana Banyana coach, Dr. Desiree Ellis, and former Bafana Bafana coach, Ephraim ‘Shakes’ Mashaba.”
