Kaizer Chiefs football manager Bobby Motaung has hinted at increased activity by the club in the transfer market.

Bobby hints at Kaizer Chiefs activity?

“It’s not yet the right time to speak about it, but watch the space, things will come right,” Motaung told KickOff.com

Bigger budget for the bosses

According to Soccer-Laduma, Chiefs have more money to spend than was initially thought.

“They know that without a proper budget, they won’t get the right players they want for the team to do well and change the fortunes. That’s why they are believed to be considering raising the current budget to R100m. At the start of the season, they had a R60m budget and it didn’t bring them the players they wanted. They believe the R100m will make a big difference in negotiating and buying the players they want,” said a source.

Nabi identifies two targets

According to Soccer-Laduma, Nasreddine Nabi wants the club to pursue deals for Fiston Mayele and Oswin Appollis aggressively.

“They (Chiefs) plan to increase the planned offers for both Appollis and Mayele. That’s because they have also increased the budget and they want things to work for them.,” said the source.
