Former Kaizer Chiefs star Junior Khanye has opened up on the club’s transfer plans.

The Glamour Boys have reportedly landed both Paseka Mako and Thabiso Monyane.

The duo were released by rivals Orlando Pirates a fortnight ago.

Now, reports suggest they’ve completed moves to Naturena, however Junior Khanye is not impressed by the moves at all.

Speaking of Thabiso Monyane’s reported move to Kaizer Chiefs, Junior Khanye had the following to say.

“I was surprised when I heard that Monyane had been released by Pirates,” Khanye told Soccer Laduma.

“And for him going to Kaizer Chiefs it’s not a good idea. I think it will be the same when they signed (Dillan) Solomons from Swallows and he didn’t fit in at Chiefs.

“Just like Pirates, Chiefs have their own culture and philosophy and I don’t think he can fit in there. And again he has not been playing regularly at Pirates. Why sign him at Chiefs?”

Khanye further went on to question Paseka Mako joining the Glamour Boys. According to the former dribbling wizard, Mako too won’t fit in at Naturena.
