Jub Jub’s prison lifestyle sparks a stir
Controversial TV host and rapper Jub Jub is once again trending on social media, but this time, it’s not for his explosive reality show Uyajola 9/9.
A recent viral video featuring a former inmate has stirred up fresh conversation about the star’s time behind bars, with claims that Jub Jub lived like a boss in prison.
According to the former prisoner, Jub Jub was both highly feared and influential during his incarceration, allegedly commanding respect from fellow inmates. “He wasn’t just another prisoner, he ran things,” the man claimed in the clip.
The revelation quickly caught fire on social media, catapulting Jub Jub to the top of X (formerly Twitter) trends. Some users were shocked, others skeptical, and a few even suggested that the media personality should go back to prison.
One user reignited old allegation, writing, “Jub Jub’s mother is so corrupt that she scammed Mandela, Bill Clinton & many big names back in the day.”
Another recalled a memorable moment from Uyajola 9/9, saying: “I remember in one episode, he told one of the cheaters who accused him of being soft in jail, ‘Listen here, my guy, don’t tell me about prison. I ran that whole f***ing institution!’”
Speculation has also resurfaced about how his legal troubles seem to fizzle out. “That’s why his recent cases go nowhere — his mom keeps it that way,” one comment read.
