Former Bafana Bafana star Matthew Booth and his girlfriend Bongani Mthombeni shared a look inside one of their intense workouts at the gym via an Instagram Reel on 18 February.

Former South African footballer and his girlfriend Bongani Mthombeni served gym goals in a video shared on Instagram, which shows the couple working up a sweat. The couple completed what appears to be an intense workout with fitness trainer Zigcine Troy Libazi.

THE CONTROVERSIAL COUPLE
Booth and Bongani made headlines in November 2022, when his ex-wife Sonia Pule, then Booth, accused him of having an affair. Sonia claimed that the affair started around Valentine’s Day in 2022. She alleged that Booth baked his “mistress” Bongani a cheesecake, which she thought was for their son.
Sonia and the former footballer were married for more than six years and have two sons together. According to Sunday World, Bongani was also married and left her husband, Klaus Moller. The pair have two kids together.
However, Booth and Bongani are now flaunting their romance and time with their kids together on social media. Bongani recently shared a video of her child’s 9th birthday, where Booth was present.
“A young destination birthday weekend for our boy. 🦁 🦒 🐅 Happy 9th birthday Karlheinz 🧨 🎂 🎁 We love you,” the post was captioned.
In December, she also shared festive photos of them together as a couple.
“Happy festive season, from us ♥️🎄♥️,” she wrote.
