Rapper Da Les is back at home after being discharged from the hospital.
The South African star was diagnosed with a stroke months ago.
Accordibg to Zimoja, he is recovering at home, although he still has a speech impairment.
A source close to the family of the rapper revealed that the Family requested for girl his discharge as they could not get a private ward for him in the his.
“He was treated with the highest form of care at Charlotte Maxeke and South Rand hospitals, where he started his rehabilitation. The family thought it was best for him to be home.” added the source.
“His mother, who was based in the US, is here to make sure that he is fine,” the source said
“He is starting to show improvement, thanks to the rehab programme. He is now learning to walk too. He’s aware of what’s happening and he is determined to get back on his feet. He is showing major improvement since he started rehab,” added the source.
The source further added that Da Les’ family are keeping his affairs private.
“Most friends and some family members won’t have access to him until he is fully healthy. I guess it makes sense since Les is strong but to see him like this is helpless and heartbreaking,” added the source.
