Former The Queen actress took to her Instagram page to share how she does her speed and agility training on her gym days.
She added that she loved repeating these exercises until she felt it was enough. Recently, she started again, and it showed her flames. “But we’re back on the horse! Thoroughly enjoyed this session,” she penned.
Connie is a fitness bunny who shares most of her gym videos on her Instagram page. Speaking to Women’s Health she said she hits the gym four to five times a week and rests on the other days. Her exercise regimen consists of a mix of cardio-intense pad work, weight training and resistance training. She said the combos that she does are long and aren’t only meant for physical fitness but for her mental health as well.
A while back, Connie hinted on her Instagram page that she maintains her glowing, wrinkle-free skin by getting some professional medical aesthetic treatments to give her that extra boost of “perfection.”
“I’m big on self-care and tend to have a holistic approach to it. Those who know me know that I don’t often wear makeup, unless it’s for a shoot or I’m attending an event, so it’s important for me to maintain my naturally healthy, glowing skin.
I don’t eat too badly, I exercise regularly, drink lots of water and maintain a good skincare routine at home. But, even with that, going for a professional treatment from time to time, gives you that little bit of extra,” she said.
