Are Siya and Rachel Kolisi living apart amid divorce?

Rachel Kolisi is seemingly settling back to her life in Cape Town, reportedly leaving her soon-to-be ex-husband Siya Kolisi to return to their empty home in KwaZulu-Natal.

The Springbok captain completed a successful season in 2024, during which South Africa retained its number one world ranking.

Now, he is set to rejoin his Durban club at the Sharks.

RACHEL KOLISI BACK IN CAPE TOWN?

Since Rachel and Siya Kolisi’s return to South Africa – after living in France for less than a year –  the mom-of-two has settled back into her life in Cape Town.

The influencer and philanthropist has been posting about her charity work, travels, and fitness workouts in various locations in the Western Cape.

One of her latest posts shows her decorating her home, presumably the one the Kolisi lived in before moving to Durban.

In 2021, the Bok captain transferred from the Stormers to the Sharks. Rachel Kolisi and their children moved into their Ballito estate home several months later.

Last year, Siya announced he would be moving to Paris club Racing 92 on a three-year contract. However, the deal was cut short, and Siya was permitted to return home. But while home is Durban for Siya right now, is Cape Town, where Rachel and her family have chosen to live apart?

SIYA TO FACE EMPTY DURBAN HOME?

With the 2024 test season officially over, Springbok players will be returning to their clubs around the world. For captain Siya Kolisi, that is Durban, where he plays for the Sharks.

Before moving to France last year, Siya, Rachel, and their children lived with their family in an upmarket estate in Ballito, located on the Dolphin Coast.

Several players will be back in action as soon as next weekend when the United Rugby Championship resumes.

The Springboks will reunite in July 2025 when they host Italy for two test matches.
