Springbok Eben Etzebeth lived up to his reputation of being the biggest brawler in the squad after he kicked off another fight during South Africa’s game against Scotland on Sunday, 10 November.

Eben, who was named Bok captain, is the highest-capped player in the rugby team’s history.

SA won the game 32-15 in Murrayfield, Edinburgh.

EBEN ETZEBETH BRAWLS DURING GAME AGAINST SCOTLAND

Shortly after the start of the second half of the Springboks game against Scotland, Eben Etzebeth pulled a signature move by kicking off another fight on the pitch.

This time, the Bok captain was seen shoving Scotland’s Pierre Schoeman – who coincidentally hails from Pretoria – during a heated moment.

The towering star then took aim at Zander Fagerson, who he threw to the floor and manhandled. Laughing in the face of the Scots who surrounded him, Eben likely had a few taunting words for his opponents.

The fight was over as quickly as it started after being diffused by the referee.

Take a look…

On social media, South Africans were unsurprised – and amused – by Eben Etzebeth’s antics.

GOT IT FROM HIS PAPA?

While there is no doubt that Eben Etzebeth is nothing short of intimidating, many have claimed he inherited his “beast mode” from his late father and uncles.

Last year, Eben revealed the sad passing of his father, Harry, a seasoned wrestler. Harry was one of seven brothers who were known for their rugby and cricket skills, as well as bar brawls.

Eben’s two eldest uncles, Cliffie and Skattie, were also professional fighters who were part of the Parow Wrestling Club, reports Rugby 365.

Like his uncles, Eben is also known for throwing hands – on the pitch. Over the years, the giant rugby star has been seen in various tiffs with his opponents.
