Ladies as we all know that times are tough because of Lockdown which means most of us are unemployed which means no income.
This does not mean, however, that we should not take care of our bodies. That’s why I came up with home remedies that can help remove the patches between your thighs without having to spend a fortune
Ladies you know that feeling of insecurity you have when ibabazi wants to go down on you but you are embarrassed because of the black patches in between your thighs. Don’t be afraid anymore the following remedies will help you. It may take some time but I assure you it will definitely work. You just need to be consistent and patient.
lemons has properties that help to remove dirt from the skin, they also act as an agent that can help brighten your skin tone. Apply lemon juice to your thighs inside, letting it sit for about 20 minutes and then remove it with a damp cloth. Do this at least three times a week to get results
Aloe Vera has some great skin rejuvenating properties, is also effective for brightening the inner surface of the thighs as it reduces hyperpigmentation. Take out the aloe vera gel and rub it between your thighs in a dark place or if you do not have aloe vera plant you can buy aloe vera skin gel at clicks. Rub the aloe on you inner thighs at least 15 minutes three times a week. Remember to remove the gel with warm water
Cucumber has ingredients that help to lighten the darker inner thighs. It helps to remove dirt and dead cells. Cut the cucumber and rub it in the thighs or use this tea tree cucumber and let sit for 10 minutes. Rinse with water this you can do twice a day
The essential fatty acids in coconut oil help brighten your hyperpigmentation and away with dark spots. Coconut oil acts as an excellent moisturizer. You can mix 1 tabelspoon of lemon juice and coconut oil and rub on the thighs. Then sit for 10 minutes and you can do this daily
Honey and baking soda
Baking soda exfoliates the skin and removes dead cells that cause darkness within your thighs. Honey keeps your skin hydrated and acts as a natural astringent.
Add one teaspoon of baking soda and honey, milk to make a paste. Apply the paste on your inner thigh for about 10 mints and do this once a week
DIY skin lotion
You will need Coconut oil, tea tree oil, aloe vera gel, vitamin E capsules, olive oil and all that I have listed above are available at clicks than you will need shae butter, cocoa butter (which is available at Takealot costly but you will not regret it) and you need avocado oil which you can get at Woolworths.
Mix all of the ingredients in a pot (vitamin E capsules open and pour the powder into the mixture) in a low heat until. Remove the pot and set aside to cool than place it in the refrigerator overnight.The mixture should come out solid . Apply the your DIY lotion everyday.
